Welcome to our Gorman Stories Project, where we collect and share stories from people who have lived, worked, performed or simply visited historic Gorman House.

Now known as Gorman Arts Centre, it was built in 1924 to house public servants in the fledgling nation’s capital, Canberra. Approaching its centenary in 2024, and with renovations on the way, we are asking you to submit your memories, photos, videos and more to be part of our collection which will be shared with the local and national community.
