Join Rebus Theatre for Playback Theatre, a form of improvisational theatre in which audience members tell stories from their own lives and watch as actors and musicians enact them on the spot.

We would value your input at our upcoming Community Organisation Consultation sessions. We’d like to hear from members of community organisations about their experiences working with diverse communities and creating an inclusive environment. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who either work with or have lived in experience in autism, psychosocial and intellectual disability.

Participants will learn about the project and take part in theatre exercises to share their experiences and insights on how we can make the performance as relevant and relatable as possible. They will also be introduced to a style of theatre we use called Image Theatre.

It would be wonderful to see you at one of the two consultations Rebus is hosting to discuss your experiences, and we encourage you to bring along any clients with lived experience of disability and, of course, their carers!

This is also part of the consultation process where stories from the audience are performed on stage by Rebus actors. This will be a fun and engaging way to reflect on the themes of inclusion and accessibility.
