Customer Service and Community Engagement Manager
Salary range: $105,000 – $115,000, depending on experience.
The Customer Service and Community Engagement role delivers exceptional customer experiences working with our residents as well as hirers across Canberra’s arts sector and creative community. You are responsible for all resident and community venue use across both Ainslie Art Centre and Gorman Art Centres and overseeing Ainslie+Gorman’s commercial operations, including the on-site café at Gorman Art Centre and commercial event management.
Prior management experience in community and/or arts centres, legal and/or finance roles is highly desirable.
