So many people these days suffer from anxiety, worry, fear and even panic. In a world plagued by challenge and uncertainty, is it actually possible to let go of these painful states of mind?

Within Buddhist meditations, we can find a reliable method to become free from these inner problems.

In this workshop, through talks and guided meditations, Kelsang Dana will demonstrate how we can establish a peaceful place in our mind, a place of inner refuge.

By gaining experience of this method, we will be able to let go of these painful emotions, and find ourselves ready to respond confidently and creatively to situations that normally induce fear in us. We can learn to live fearlessly and joyfully, and be of real benefit to others, even when surrounded by challenging situations.

Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop. No prior experience is needed.
