Ausdance ACT presents an incredible opportunity for local dancers to work with Sydney Dance Company’s Charmene Yap.
This workshop will guide participants through a warm-up and contemporary technique exercises before exploring some of the choreographic tasks the company dancers utilised when creating the works that are included in the ‘Ascent’ triple bill.
Building on the understanding of the choreographic process, participants will then have the opportunity to learn Sydney Dance Company repertoire.
This workshop is designed for dancers aged 15+ at an intermediate to advanced level, pre-professional dancers and independent artists.
