Anything can happen in the next 12 Hours…

The 12 Hour Theatre Project is a chaotic, frenetic, ballistic, theatrical rollercoaster, as over the course of a single day, all-action teams of young artists aged 7–25 come together to devise, rehearse, produce and perform a brand new piece of theatre!

It’s free. It’s for everyone. It comes with pizza. It’s literally the most fun you can have in a single day — and we defy the laws of physics by squeezing in a bit more fun on top of that.

Think fast! Dream big! Hold tight! If you want to experience one of the biggest Saturdays of your young life, sign up, and strap yourself in for the 12 Hour Theatre Project!

Project for participants runs from 9 am – 9 pm
The performances for the audiences begin at 7 pm and 8 pm.

The 12 Hour Theatre Project is brought to you by Canberra Youth Theatre and is part of the 2024 ACT Heritage Festival.
