Rebus Theatre is extremely excited to partner with SpringOUT Festival to bring you a unique interactive celebration of ‘Pride in the Capital’ by the Rebus Playback Theatre Ensemble.
What’s SpringOUT? – SpringOUT is Canberra’s only pride festival. Held in November each year, it is a month-long pride festival that celebrates Australia’s most LGBTQIA+ friendly city and its LGBTQIA+ community in all its fabulous diversity.
What’s Playback Theatre? – Playback is a form of improvisational theatre in which audience members tell stories from their own lives and watch as actors and musicians enact them on the spot using movement, music and words, but without script or rehearsal. It can be moving or funny according to the stories shared.
