Our popular networking morning tea is back during Australian Dance Week!
With special guest speaker ACT Public Advocate and Children and Young People Commissioner, Ms Jodie Griffiths-Cook. From 1 August 2024, amendments to the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 make it mandatory for all organisations that provide services for children and young people to commence implementing the ACT Child Safe Standards Scheme. Jodie and her team have been resourced to support organisations to implement the Scheme and will talk with us about what this might look like for organisations like ours.
