Kat will lead you through a luxurious hour long sound bath that will melt the week’s stress away. There will be a short guided meditation to help you arrive in the space followed by the dulcet tones of soothing instruments that will ease you into a relaxed, meditative state. Toward the end there will be a short period of silence to help you integrate your experience followed by light refreshments to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed. All equipment is provided.
