Each courtyard boasts a majestic Hawthorn tree and is adorned with wisteria vines that blossom with purple flowers each spring.

We invite the public to relax in the serene Gorman gardens, a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the Canberra CBD.

 

Ainslie Arts Centre

Ainslie Arts Centre, a hub for live music and arts activities in Canberra, is nestled among expansive lawns bordered by majestic oaks and cypress pines. These classic hedges shield visitors from the bustling inner-city, creating a unique and quiet space. Planted in the late 1920s as part of the original Ainslie Infants School, these trees now offer a cool retreat during the hot Canberra summers and become a full canopy in late spring.
