In Kilter Fitness runs Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga group yoga classes both In Person and Online. Our practice follows the ancient teachings of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, incorporating Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathwork), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharna (concentration), and Dhyana (meditation in awareness).
The classes cater to all levels, with modifications provided, so you can practice comfortably at your own pace. You’ll experience a balanced, mindful practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances concentration power and mental clarity.
