This curated three-course oyster experience, profiles the east coasts’ best rock oysters. We are offering a matched wine (2 gls) for +$35. Guests are invited to stay on to enjoy more oysters, wine and company.
Seating times start from 1:30pm, with the final booking window being 4:00pm. Our first Canberra pop-up celebrates the joy and intentionality of oysters and pilates with a collaboration with Movement by Katie.
