Join Music for Canberra for their free Open Day showcasing the Canberra Children’s Choirs on Thursday 29 May at the Ainslie Arts Centre.
Kids aged 5 – 14 can come along and experience what it’s like to be part of a choir—no audition, no pressure, just a chance to sing, have fun, and meet other music-loving kids. We’ve got incredible conductors who know how to make singing engaging and joyful, even for beginners. Whether your child already loves to sing or just wants to give it a go, it’s a great way to build confidence, learn new skills, and be part of something creative and supportive. There are separate session times for different age groups, so it’s tailored and age-appropriate.
It’s a great first step into music and a lovely community to be part of.

4.45 – 6.00pm Children 7 – 9 yrs
5.30 – 7.00pm Children 10 – 14 yrs
