Whether cultural storytellers, archivists, cultural institutions, artists or sound producers: many of us recognise the role that mobile devices now play in the attunement to the storied land around us. What then might these stories sound like, how are they deepening our sense of place and belonging, and what are the questions we should be asking?

Join Dr Hamish Sewell, founder of the Australian-based Soundtrails app as he discusses his work and the opportunities to now drill down more intimately into the sound-storied world around us.  Sound Trails Pty Ltd fosters the art and craft of geo-locative storytelling through the Soundtrails Academy, as a learning and collaboration environment producing and hosting geo-locative experiences.

Light refreshments provided.
