Meet Up is a biennial gathering of Australian youth dance companies, an opportunity for youth dance company leaders and young dancers to maintain national connections, discuss important issues and opportunities, share knowledge and skills, and perform their work.
Six youth dance companies from across Australia will connect with ACT’s QL2 Dance young dancers and local independent dance artists to share and create. The 4-day event will culminate in a performance of the companies’ innovative works offering Canberra audiences a taste of the next generation of Australian creators.
Gather – Meet Up Performance is presented by QL2 Dance in partnership with Youth Dance Australia, and supported by Canberra Theatre Centre and Arts Capital.
