Artfullness
Art and mindfulness in a safe space to connect.
Artfullness combines art, neuroscience and mindfulness in safe places for people to play with purpose. An antidote to isolation and the constant tug of screen time, Artfullness is a place for people to create and connect by participating in the creative process while building resilience, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and experiencing a genuine sense of belonging.
From monthly art circles to our school incursions and your corporate events, every safe space created is built with the same foundations encouraging people to simply show up, take part and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
The impact of Artfullness extends to underdeveloped countries too with our affiliated not-for-profit Educacion Diversa, a not-for-profit program teaching children experiencing trauma in under-resourced countries about their human rights, sexual and reproductive health, and conflict resolution through creative, culturally responsive methods.
