Located behind Ainslie Arts Centre, a 5 minute walk from Gorman Arts Centre or a 6 minute walk to Lonsdale Street, our long-stay exclusive secure parking in the Elder Street Car Park is available at $110.00/month (incl. GST) for ongoing long-term rent. The car park is secured by a boom gate from 7am to 5pm on business days (Monday to Friday) and can be accessed exclusively during these hours.

Who can apply for long-term parking?
Users of the Ainslie Arts Centre and Gorman Arts Centre (including guests, residents and venue hirers) are eligible to apply for long-term monthly parking. Guardians of students, as well as staff of Ainslie Primary School, are also eligible to apply.

The fees from the car park directly contribute to the maintenance of the car park and the operations of Ainslie+Gorman.
