Gorman Courtyards
Gorman Arts Centre’s two internal courtyards are beautiful garden spaces, each with a magnificent Hawthorn tree at the centre. These peaceful and secluded outdoor areas can easily accommodate several hundred guests for events, film screenings, live music and weddings.

Full Daily Rate: $1,715.00 (inc. GST)
Discounted rates available for art centre residents, not-for-profit and arts organisations.

- Eastern Courtyard Dimensions: 36.2m x 15.1m
- Western Courtyard Dimensions: 34.9m x 15m
- Occupancy Loading: 441 people each
- Features: lawns, heritage planting, covered walkways, Hawthorn tree centrepiece
- Floor: lawns and paved walkways
- Lighting: In-ground lights under the trees. Under-eave lighting beneath all covered walkways. Please discuss with our team if additional lighting is required.
- Sound: There is no permanent sound system in the courtyard. Sound equipment may be arranged if required. Please get in touch with your requirements to see if we can organise a package to suit your needs.
- Other: Courtyards are available for hire in conjunction with other spaces at Gorman Arts Centre (ie Gorman Main Hall or Ralph Wilson Theatre).
