C Block Theatre
The C Block Theatre is a black box theatre that offers stage settings ideal for performances, lectures and conferences. If features accessible spaces, including a foyer with an optional bar, perfect for community groups and family-friendly events.
NOTE: C Block is unavailable from 14 October 2024 to 24 October 2025 due to the Gorman Centenary Upgrade Project.

- Capacity: 77 people seated in a theatrette style
- Occupancy Loading: 122
- Standard Inclusions: 77 seats on a retractable seating bank. Standard setup is with a seating bank retracted.
- Features: Foyer with optional bar. Note that there is no dressing room attached to the C Block Theatre. An alternative space may be organised upon request.
- Floor: black wooden stage floor
- Power: 240V power is available throughout the theatre.
- Sounds: 8-channel mixer, 2x passive speakers (flown), CD player
- Lighting: ETC Smartfade ML lighting desk with a range of incandescent and LED fixtures. Specific technical information is available upon request
- Heating / Cooling: reverse cycle air conditioning
